Schooner Bay is an upscale, modern version of a traditional Bahamian fishing community. IBS worked within the strict architectural and environmental guidelines dictated by the developer. Our designs included paving, grading and drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution, and power distribution systems. IBS handled permitting and governmental approval for all civil designs and provided construction quality control services throughout the installation of the works.
