Albany
Location: New Providence, The Bahamas

IBS prepared the core civil infrastructure design for the Albany community. Albany is an ultra-luxury residential community developed by the Tavistock Group. It includes an Ernie Els-designed golf course inspired by golf pro and Albany resident, Tiger Woods. Our designs included paving, grading and drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution, power distribution, and telecommunications systems. IBS also managed permitting and governmental approval for all civil designs and provided construction quality control services throughout the installation of the works.
Schooner Bay
Location: Abaco, Bahamas

Schooner Bay is an upscale, contemporary version of a traditional Bahamian fishing community. IBS worked within the strict architectural and environmental guidelines dictated by the developer. Our civil infrastructure designs included paving, grading and drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution, and power distribution systems. IBS also managed permitting and governmental approval for all civil designs and provided construction quality control services throughout the installation of the works.
Chub Cay Club
Location: Chub Cay, Bahamas

The Chub Cay Club is a revitalization of the renowned Chub Cay Club which was once a vibrant community of second-home owners several decades ago. During the design phase, IBS worked with the client’s original civil design firm to prepare the updated civil infrastructure designs in addition to managing permitting and governmental approval for all civil designs and providing construction quality control services throughout the installation of the works.
Over Yonder Cay
Location: Exuma Chain, Bahamas

Over Yonder Cay is a 70-acre, private island featuring a marina and upscale residences and cottages. The cay is completely self-sustaining with power provided by a wind-solar combination generation system. IBS civil infrastructure designs included roadways and drainage, sanitary sewer, and water distribution systems.
